📊 Week Update: Fewer Setups, Cleaner Trades
Sorry for the quiet spell. The trouble with posting regularly is you set an expectation — miss a beat and people wonder what’s up. So here’s a quick update on where we are with trades.
🌞 Summer Discipline Test
End of August into early September has been a real discipline test: classic summer doldrums, big swings around rates, a softer USD, and strong commodities. Not the time to force it.
That said, this week was one of the better ones we’ve had recently.
🔍 Focus: DXY vs EUR
Our ongoing focus has been the DXY vs EUR path — does the dollar take the next leg, or does EUR keep squeezing? If you’ve watched the recent videos, you’ll know my reasoning there.
🎯 Trades Sent (and only these):
âś… EUR/NZD: +300 pips âś… EUR/USD: +150 pips âś… EUR/AUD: +100 pips
These were cherry-picked, high-conviction swing trades — not the Instagram style of 10 calls a day for a couple of pips. Quality over quantity, sent by a market professional.
🧠Final Thoughts
Quality setups. Cleaner trades. That’s what matters.
Have a great weekend,
Steve
